<p>Kforce has a client located in Beaverton, OR looking for a Demand Planner in Beaverton, OR.</p> <p>Summary: The Global Sports Apparel (GSA) Supply and Inventory Planning Team is a centralized function that manages end-to-end supply and inventory decisions for Global Football (Soccer) across our Global marketplace.</p> <p>What you will work on: A typical day/week includes multi-season and iterative planning processes to ensure Global Football assortment is planned and purchased on the appropriate timelines. You will be responsible for executing and managing supply commitments through the creation of purchase orders (POs) for the procurement of finished goods and will partner with manufacturing on buy exceptions.</p> <p>Who you will work with: In this role, you will be part of the Global Football team which sits under the larger GSA organization (which includes other sports). You will report into the Global Football Director. You will partner frequently with our Geography Planning and Supply Chain teams, Global Supply Planning, Global Demand Planning, Delivery Excellence and Manufacturing teams, Global Sourcing, Global Materials Planning, Product and Merchandising and Sports Marketing.* Bachelor's degree in Business/supply chain or related field (2 additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree)</p> <ul> <li>Minium of 2-5 years of supply and inventory planning, demand planning or other supply chain experience required </li><li>Operations and Marketplace experience </li><li>Experience with SAP/APO or Cognos required </li><li>Advanced in MS Excel </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation, presentations and storytelling </li><li>Ability to pivot from numbers into action-oriented insights, strong analytical skills and finding relevant information within large data sets and create executive story </li><li>Ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional and consumer team partners, strong influencing skills including experience collaborating with virtual teams </li><li>Detail oriented and self-motivated, with strong organizational skills (multi-tasking) </li><li>High level of proficiency with MS Office, including Microsoft Word and Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros </li><li>Experience with SAP/APO, Cognos or other advanced planning systems is preferred </li><li>Experience in a licensed, wholesale apparel, footwear, or equipment organization is preferred </li></ul>
