This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing the companys treasury operations, liquidity management, banking relationships, debt compliance, and capital planning initiatives.</p> <p>The Treasurer serves as a key financial partner to executive leadership and plays a critical role in supporting the companys operational execution and long-term growth strategy. This individual will lead cash forecasting efforts, manage lender relationships, monitor financial capacity, and provide leadership with visibility into liquidity and capital needs across the organization.</p> <p>This is an onsite position based at our corporate office in North Logan, Utah.</p> <p>What a Day in This Role Looks Like</p> <p>The Treasurer works closely with the CFO, Accounting, FP&A, Operations, Development, and external banking partners to ensure the company maintains strong financial flexibility and disciplined treasury management practices.</p> <p>This role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on treasury oversight, including:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Managing liquidity and cash flow across multiple entities</p> </li><li> <p>Leading short-term and long-term cash forecasting</p> </li><li> <p>Overseeing banking and lender relationships</p> </li><li> <p>Monitoring debt compliance and covenant requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Supporting capital planning and financing strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Providing executive leadership with visibility into borrowing capacity and financial risk</p> </li><li> <p>Partnering cross-functionally to support company growth initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Strengthening treasury processes, controls, and reporting infrastructure</p> </li></ul> <p>This position is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys both high-level strategy and operational execution.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage company liquidity, treasury operations, and daily cash positioning</p> </li><li> <p>Lead company-wide cash forecasting and capital planning efforts</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and financial partners</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate borrowing activity, loan compliance, and lender reporting requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor debt covenants and proactively identify financial risks or constraints</p> </li><li> <p>Support financing initiatives, capital structure decisions, and growth planning</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and strengthen treasury controls, policies, and risk management practices</p> </li><li> <p>Provide leadership with clear reporting on cash position, debt capacity, and liquidity outlook</p> </li><li> <p>Partner closely with Accounting and FP&A to support accurate forecasting and financial planning</p> </li><li> <p>Support executive leadership with strategic financial analysis and special projects</p> </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field</p> </li><li> <p>Strong experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or financial management</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with cash forecasting, debt management, and covenant compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical, communication, and financial modeling skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to build relationships across executive leadership, operations, and external financial partners</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li> <p>MBA, CPA, CTP, or similar professional credential</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in construction, homebuilding, real estate, or other asset-intensive industries</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with banking platforms, ERP systems, and advanced Excel modeling</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with credit facilities, borrowing bases, or lender reporting</p> </li></ul> <p>Why Visionary Homes?</p> <p>We believe great work starts with a great environment.
