<ul> <li> <p>Provides recommendations of compensation models for existing and future provider contracts.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs and reviews reconciliations of monthly/quarterly/yearly provider payroll reports and wRVU reconciliations.</p> </li><li> <p>Establishes and maintains proper internal controls over all provider payroll practices. Oversees the provider compensation modeling and forecasting process.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in all aspects of compensation program administration, e.g., compensation plan modeling, incentive plan administration, fair market value review, etc. Serves as a point of contact and provides information, resources to develop solutions for compensation-related inquiries and issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate in the automation of provider compensation calculations and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate the development and maintenance of monthly provider productivity benchmark reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Researches compensation issues and disputes to provide analysis to facilitate resolution and presents recommendations to medical group leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains current knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to provider contracts.</p> </li><li> <p>Understands each provider compensation model across the enterprise.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with the development of provider compensation budgets and corresponding assumptions by market annually (and update forecasts as compensation plans change or the need for a re-forecast arises)</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in the development & implementation of new systems & databases relating to provider productivity and compensation.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs compensation functions such as: implementing/administration of physician compensation programs, -reviewing and distributing - compensation and productivity reports -, participating in salary surveys & analyzing survey data, providing analytic support on compensation projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Manages compensation system for employed physicians. Ensures that physicians are paid accurately and on a timely basis, in compliance with the physicians' contracts, relevant HR guidelines, and relevant payroll and tax regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in monthly financial close processes: run associated month end reports, prepare journal entries for review, and other related procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Works closely with the revenue cycle to ensure revenue cycle charge capture integrity.</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or similar four year college degree is required.</p> <p>Minimum 3 years of Health Care Finance: previous administrative experience performing work involving physician compensation, contracting, project management, research and/or data reporting and analysis highly desirable.</p>
