<p>The Telemetry Leader designs, implements, and manages Kroger's enterprise refrigeration telemetry strategy, ensuring real-time alert monitoring, standardized controller setpoints, and system performance optimization. This role develops KPIs, analyzes trends, and drives efficiencies that impact maintenance, energy use, and refrigerant consumption, while leading cross-functional collaboration to support operational excellence and sustainability.
