<p>Job Purpose:</p> <p>This role is primarily responsible for supporting the Senior Director, NA Franchise Operations and franchisee's in assigned territory.</p> <p>Starting salary is $75K; commensurate with experience.</p> <p>Business Impact:</p> <p>This role has an impact on our financial performance, service and customer loyalty.</p> <p>What Will You Do:</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide support to the franchise network in assigned territory as needed </li><li>Monitor KPIs, reporting systems and analysis of franchisees performance </li><li>Manage our SOX and accounting compliance and ensure all reports are done timely and accurately </li><li>Develop KPI monitoring and reporting systems </li><li>Facilitate cooperation between the franchisees and other COEs in the company </li><li>Communication and Policy Management </li><li>Maintain franchisee reporting systems </li><li>Special projects and research as needed </li><li>Make sure franchisees are in compliance with insurance requirements </li><li>Maintain control and accounting controls over agencies globally having all loaded in FranConnect for compliance </li><li>Special projects as needed (i.e. evaluate and uniform reservation fees globally, evaluate divestiture strategies with franchisee leadership and FPA) </li></ul> <p>What We're looking for:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience </li><li>Speaks and reads Spanish (if in the LAMC region, not required for US/Canada position) </li><li>Franchise management experience is preferred </li><li>Car rental experience is requested </li><li>The ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite products </li><li>Strong communication skills - an ability to translate detail into succinct and clear recommendations for peers and executive audiences </li><li>Interests ding of basic insurance requirements and the ability to review contracts and certificates of insurance for accuracy and completeness </li><li>Solid interpersonal skills with customer focus; effective verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>What's In It For You:</p> <ul> <li>Up to 20% off the base rate of any standard Hertz Rental </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>Medical, Dental & Vision plan options </li><li>Retirement programs, including 401(k) employer matching </li><li>Paid Parental Leave & Adoption Assistance </li><li>Employee Assistance Program for employees & family </li><li>Educational Reimbursement & Discounts </li><li>Voluntary Insurance Programs - Pet, Legal/Identity Theft, Critical Illness </li><li>Perks & Discounts -Theme Park Tickets, Gym Discounts & more </li></ul>
