<p>Data Analyst</p> <p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <ul> <li>Must have - Strong RDBMS experience: Oracle; SQL (Advanced), mongoDB(basic) </li><li>Must have - Strong experience in use of Big Data HDFS based platform for data analysis and investigations </li><li>Must have - Ability to write complex SQL needed to investigate data issues, repair damaged data, and migrate data to new structures </li><li>Experience in large Data Warehouses or Big Data Lakes (30+ TB) and Front/Middle/Back-office systems </li><li>Domain knowledge in Finance, Risk Management and/or Regulatory Reporting in the Banking industry </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills, including use of Excel for presentation of data and mappings </li><li>Passion to deliver results in a complex enterprise application / environment </li><li>Able to work with global teams across different regions </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <ol> <li> <p>Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, and using data insights to inform and drive strategic decision-making.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and other programming languages relevant to data analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Managing data-related projects from initiation to completion.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop mappings of sources to target databases, including documentation of transformation rules.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate regularly with architects and modelers working in parallel tracks to maintain consistency of models and other deliverable</p> </li><li> <p>Interact with globally diversified team spread over many international locations and time-zones</p> </li><li> <p>Ensuring high quality software development, with complete documentation and traceability</p> </li><li> <p>Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards</p> </li><li> <p>Working with business partners and other stakeholders to understand and document requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Working with project managers and support teams to meet delivery targets</p> </li></ol> <p>Salary Range- $110,000-$125,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-CO1</p> <p>#LI-SN1</p>
