<p>Energize your Career at SECO Energy!</p> <p>General Purpose of Job</p> <p>This position is responsible for administration, security, reliability and troubleshooting of the Cooperative's computer network systems including planning, developing, installing, configuring, supporting and optimizing all network hardware, software and communication links; provide end-user training when needed; analyze and resolve end-user hardware and software problems.</p> <p>Minimum Required Qualifications and Competencies</p> <p>The following includes the minimum job requirements and essential duties for this position. Some job requirements may exclude individuals that cannot be reasonably accommodated or who pose a direct threat or significant risk to the health and safety of themselves or other employees.</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of four (4) year bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology related field. </li><li>Preferred Cisco CCNA certified (must obtain within 12 months of hire) </li><li>Preferred CCNP in Routing and Switching and / or Voice </li><li>Job-related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of two (2) years proven experience in LAN/WAN administration and maintenance; network </li><li>capacity planning, network security management; Internet/Intranet, TCP/IP, and MS Windows. </li><li>Preferred experience with Microsoft Office 365 Exchange, desktop management software, Microsoft </li><li>Internet Information Service, Cisco </li></ul> <p>Other Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, including a personal computer, printers, copy </li><li>machines and telephone. </li><li>Ability to work irregular hours for assignment completion and flexibility to change scheduling and report to work on short notice during emergency situations. </li></ul>
