You will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repairs, responding to service requests, and contributing to the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and other equipment to ensure they are in good working order.</p> </li><li> <p>Address and resolve maintenance issues, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair or replacement. Complete work orders promptly and efficiently.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct regular inspections of common areas, grounds, and apartment units, identifying and addressing maintenance concerns and safety hazards.</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to after-hours emergency requests promptly and effectively, including weekends and holidays, to ensure the safety and comfort of residents.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain the overall appearance of the property by performing landscaping, groundskeeping, and snow removal duties when needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring that necessary items are always in stock.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and service requests in Entrata.</p> </li><li> <p>Effectively communicate with residents, property management, and leasing staff to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and a high level of resident satisfaction</p> </li><li> <p>Other tasks as directed and assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Previous experience in property maintenance</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent problem-solving skills and trouble shooting skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work on-call rotation</p> </li></ul>
