The IMC team is skilled in caring for populations such as sepsis, diabetic ketoacidosis, post open-heart procedures, continuous cardiac infusions, and those requiring acute continuous non-invasive ventilation (i.e. BiPAP/CPAP). These patients require continuous cardiac and respiratory monitoring and the IMC RN will be prepared to intervene quickly to any changes in hemodynamics or respiratory demands. The IMC RN is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating an individualized plan of care for their patients while serving as an advocate and educator to patients and their families. The Intermediate Care unit (IMC) is a fast-paced, teamwork driven environment providing high acuity care to critically ill patients.</p> <p>IMC RN Position Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Licensed and currently registered to practice as a Registered Nurse.
