<p>Reports to: Facilities Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt</p> <p>Position Summary Transport and unload construction materials to the job sites. Assist in moving and managing material in the warehouse. Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>Unload delivery trucks at the warehouse and stage/organize material according to projects. Package and load materials for safe transport and efficient installation. Follow proper guidelines loading and unloading of material. Maintain daily delivery schedule of construction materials to the job sites. Use forklift as needed to unload material Ability to drive larger delivery trucks</p> <p>Safety Responsibilities:</p> <p>Responsible to follow and participate in the ISEC Safety Program and adhere to the ISEC Safety Promise. Perform their jobs in the safest manner prescribed - Never put themselves in harm's way. Conduct themselves in a way that enhances their personal safety and that of their coworkers contributing to a positive work environment. Report workplace hazards and make suggestions for their control. Use Stop Work Authority and respect Stop Work Authority on job. Cooperate and contribute toward the overall success of the safety program. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.</p> <p>Position Requirements: Workers should be able to: Physically, workers must be able to: Climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolds; Stoop, kneel, and crouch; Use hands and arms to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects; See well (either naturally or with correction); and lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.</p> <p>Must successfully pass a Medical Examination every 24 months. (Note: Certain medical conditions or diagnoses may require more frequent evaluations.) Must always carry a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (Medical Card) during operational hours. Must possess a valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets company standards for roles where driving is a primary responsibility. DOT driver position requires the ability to operate vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 26,000 lbs or less. A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is not required for this role. Drivers are responsible for maintaining full compliance with all applicable FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations. Must successfully pass a road test to demonstrate safe and competent vehicle operation in accordance with DOT requirements.</p> <p>Customer Service Skills:</p> <p>Demonstrates?commitment to deliver outstanding?service?- both with internal and external customers Takes ownership to personally resolve customer problems (or find someone who can) Listens well, asks clarifying questions, and checks for agreement with customers Committed to following-up with customers in all instances in a timely manner Strong sense of accountability - ensures that you will do what you say that you are going to do Creates a personal connection with customers - smiles, warm greetings, acts friendly and respectful</p> <p>Driver I</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications (in addition to minimum qualification) Education/Experience</p> <p>2 years' experience unloading material and driving delivery trucks Forklift Certification - ISEC, Inc. will cover the certification cost</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications Education/Experience</p> <p>High School Education or Equivalent Ability to drive large trucks and trailers</p> <p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</p> <p>Solid organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to workin a fast-paced environment while working with multiple team members</p>
