<p>The Training Coordinator 2 position will take lead on the creation and maintenance of training documentation for Webster University's CRM. Regularly coordinating and hosting trainings of new users on how to use the CRM and best practices. They will also assist with general correspondence to and from the department of Enrollment Technology, low- to midgrade troubleshooting of the CRM, work with various departments to streamline automated communications used in the recruitment and admission of new students.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities*</p> <p>o Direct training initiatives and support training, testing, and feedback groups for the CRM</p> <ul> <li>Create and maintain all CRM-related training materials, utilizing the Office 365 suite of available applications and video conferencing software </li><li>Reach out to new users to assist with training of the system and expectations </li><li>Schedule and host regular video conferences with various user segments to ensure everyone has the most up-to- date information about the system </li><li>Regularly communicate and email system updates to users CRM Troubleshooting and Customization </li><li>Assist with basic troubleshooting as it comes to the Office of Enrollment Technology service account </li><li>Log in, access, or permissions concerns </li><li>Basic navigation </li><li>Explanation of general setup of the system and flow for a record </li><li>Gathering pertinent information and troubleshooting issues before escalating them within the department </li><li>Creating custom queries and reports that operate within system parameters and limitations as deemed necessary by business needs and processes </li></ul> <p>o Assist with testing and execution of updates, new features and functionality, and upgrades to the system.</p> <p>o Manage confidential student information and records appropriately</p> <p>o Assist with record consolidation and merging of duplicate record and managing additional erroneous applications from prospective students.</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 3 years of experience working in an admission office in a post-secondary </li></ul> <p>institution using ERP and/or Recruitment Systems, Slate by Technolutions experience a plus</p> <p>Minimum of 1 year customer service/troubleshooting technical issues</p>
