You will combine your analytical skills with your sales expertise to estimate project costs, prepare compelling proposals, and close deals with our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to represent Bone Dry with the utmost professionalism and care while driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored solutions.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for someone willing to learn and grow. </li><li>Managing a sales pipeline and making appropriate follow-ups on pending opportunities. </li><li>Understanding the needs of customers and proposing appropriate solutions based on the company's product portfolio. </li><li>Providing timely responses to new estimate requests from customers. </li><li>This position requires a strong degree of ownership and self-motivation, while also being team oriented. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Pass a background check and Pre-employment Drug Screen </li><li>Ability to lift at least 50lbs. </li><li>Military service is a plus </li><li>The ideal candidate will have customer-facing experience </li><li>The candidate should have a working knowledge of Google Suites along with the ability to learn new platforms </li><li>Candidate needs to be able to communicate with business owners and property managers on a professional level </li><li>Must be able to climb ladder safely and work at elevated heights to determine roof work needs </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills and Knowledge</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with low slope roofing systems a plus </li><li>Previous experience with Java or workforce a plus </li><li>Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications a plus </li><li>Ability to perform material take offs a plus </li><li>Previous OSHA certification a plus </li><li>Construction/roofing industry a plus </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Weekly commission and bonuses, commission based position, earnings potential range of $55k - $220k </li><li>Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance </li><li>Company paid Life Insurance </li><li>Company paid short-term disability </li><li>401(k) Plan </li><li>PTO, Vacation & Holidays </li><li>On-site gym and showers - free access </li><li>Company truck and fuel provided for sales appointments (this is not a take home vehicle) </li></ul> <p>At Bone Dry-We build more than roofs.
