Find your future with us.</p> <p>The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Program Delivery & Analytics Manager to join the Enterprise Classified Security team in El Segundo, CA; Arlington, VA; Berkeley, MO; Huntington Beach, CA; Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; Seal Beach, CA; or Tukwila, WA.</p> <p>This manager-of-managers role will lead a team of project managers and data analysts who drive program delivery, workforce and financial alignment, project governance, and data-informed decision making for classified security services. The successful candidate will ensure the Business Services function delivers resilient, scalable, and mission-focused support to the Enterprise Classified Security organization.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Champion the Boeing Values and Behaviors</p> </li><li> <p>Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary team of project managers and data analysts; establish clear objectives, performance measures, and professional development plans</p> </li><li> <p>Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for program delivery, portfolio governance, schedule and budget management, and resource optimization for classified security initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee budgeting, cost-to-complete forecasting, and financial reporting for projects and service lines; partner with finance to align spending to mission priorities</p> </li><li> <p>Lead workforce planning and capacity management to align staffing with prioritized work and mission risk</p> </li><li> <p>Own development and delivery of analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting to inform senior leadership risk-based decisions</p> </li><li> <p>Establish and govern program controls: integrated schedules, change control, risk and issue management, vendor oversight, and milestone reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and analytics capabilities (e.g., standard templates, intake, prioritization, and RACI models)</p> </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of experience with program management, project management and/or business operations</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of experience in managing a team or as a technical lead</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of experience in managing a portfolio of projects</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree or higher</p> </li><li> <p>Project management certification(s) (e.g., PMP, PgMP)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with program management at scale</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with data analytics with BI tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data modeling, KPI frameworks, and SQL or equivalent data query</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries supporting classified missions</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies</p> </li></ul> <p>Conflict of Interest:</p> <p>Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.</p> <p>Drug Free Workplace:</p> <p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p> <p>Pay & Benefits:</p> <p>At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
