Responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, delivering ongoing feedback and coaching, and creating meaningful growth opportunities for direct reports Collaborate on the development of end-to-end project plans, guide teams through successful execution, and ensure leadership and key stakeholders remain aligned on progress and milestones Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to set and adapt long-term strategies in response to evolving priorities and opportunities Champion engineering and operational excellence by defining metrics and processes for continuous assessment and improvement.
