<p>The Ultrasonographer will support the needs of our patients and facility by way of performing the necessary ultrasounds. We are hiring for a full-time position that will require working Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. in our Franklin, TN practice.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Obtain measurements and calculations of female anatomy while performing a detailed ultrasound examination. </li><li>Utilize techniques that result in optimized images. </li><li>Obtain appropriate images that clearly demonstrate ultrasound findings in accordance with specified protocols and accreditation standards. </li><li>Communicate effectively with medical staff regarding pertinent ultrasound findings in a concise, complete and accurate manner. </li><li>Perform departmental tasks that are necessary to maintaining quality throughout all aspects of job duties performed. </li><li>Document results utilizing our electronic medical records system. </li><li>Other tasks as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited program resulting in the certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or DMS. </li><li>Must be able to function independently. </li><li>Must possess the ability to work collaboratively with the clinical team. </li><li>Must possess the interpersonal skills needed to communicate effectively with patients, staff and medical personnel. </li><li>OB-GYN experience is highly preferred. </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love Working Here - Our Amazing Benefits:</p> <p>Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision plans for our full-time employees, along with complimentary basic life insurance, Employee Assistance Program, and long-term disability insurance.
