Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Transport equipment between various projects in New York State. </li><li>Load and unload equipment from the lowbed. </li><li>Operate tools and equipment efficiently to support jobsite needs. </li><li>Collaborate with team members to maintain project schedules. </li><li>Communicate effectively to address worksite needs and changes. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Strong teamwork skills. </li><li>Commitment to safety and compliance. </li><li>Ability to handle physical tasks and adapt to varying worksite conditions. </li><li>Effective communication and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Willingness to work varying hours throughout the week. </li><li>Valid New York State CDL A license. </li><li>Ability to ingress/egress equipment. </li><li>Must pass a post-offer physical exam, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. </li><li>Ongoing FMCSA regulated drug and alcohol testing. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. </li><li>Varying start and end times. </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>$20.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
