You lead content meetings, direct shoots, and keep the calendar on track while mentoring contributors and tracking weekly performance.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Plan monthly themes and weekly content schedules </li><li>Coordinate and film campus events, student stories, and trending moments </li><li>Edit and publish Reels, TikToks, and Shorts in GWU voice </li><li>Coach contributors on creative best practices and brand guidelines </li><li>Pull and share weekly analytics, highlighting wins and next steps </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need</p> <ul> <li>At least one semester completed at GWU </li><li>Strong portfolio of short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) </li><li>Confident on-camera presence and solid editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, or similar) </li><li>Organized, proactive, and comfortable leading peers </li></ul> <p>Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
