<p>Overview</p> <p>Kimley-Horn, one of Fortune Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For," is looking for a Project Accountant to join our Denver, CO office!</p> <p>This is an in-office position on our dynamic regional accounting team at 6200 South Syracuse Way, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, Colorado.</p> <p>This Project Accountant opportunity aligns with our regional growth. This role will train with our Denver Accounting team for 3-6 months before relocating to our Seattle office. This is a great opportunity to be part of our exciting accounting team expansion!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Monthly financial analysis and on-going revenue recognition </li><li>Work with Project Managers in a variety of disciplines </li><li>Meeting multiple critical deadlines on a monthly basis </li><li>Ensure all billing transactions are completed and accurately recorded in MIS system </li><li>Prepare invoices and complete monthly billing </li><li>Contract management and review </li><li>Coordinate and pursue receivables </li><li>Monthly travel to other offices within the region </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of accounting experience </li><li>Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree </li><li>Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals </li><li>High degree of professionalism and strong people skills </li><li>Must be an excellent team player </li><li>Strong knowledge of Excel and Word required </li><li>Experience using computerized accounting systems </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $80,000-$92,000</p> <p>Depending on applicable experience.</p> <p>Why Kimley-Horn?</p> <p>At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
