The SPP currently focuses on the implementation and evaluation of one Nordic-inspired housing unit at a prison in the Philadelphia area. RPM will directly support the development of a plan for the expansion of the pilot intervention and research program to three new facilities. Compensation for this grade ranges from $54,630 - $81,940.
