As a Supply Chain Planner, you'll be at the center of collaboration between Sales, Purchasing, and Operations, helping us translate market intelligence and business goals into actionable plans that keep our supply chain running smoothly.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Build consensus demand plans through collaboration with Sales and Purchasing. </li><li>Incorporate macroeconomic factors into planning decisions. </li><li>Evaluate and adjust Safety Stock levels as needed. </li><li>Manage Bill-of-Materials (BOM) relationships and maintain accurate parameters. </li><li>Aggregate and forecast Demand Forecasting Units (DFUs) for business needs. </li><li>Maintain planning parameters for SKUs based on objectives and input from cross-functional teams. </li><li>Support customer-specific supply chain activities, ensuring accurate and timely planning. </li><li>Responsibility: Sales Offices at Hoffman Estates, IL, and Dallas, TX with partial support for Bolingbrook, IL </li><li>Travel: Could require up to 20% </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Work Authorization: Must meet ITAR regulations to be considered </li><li>Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field </li></ul> <p>(or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)</p> <ul> <li>3+ years in sales analytics, supply chain, or demand planning. </li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills. </li><li>Ability to organize multiple priorities and work independently. </li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>APICS CPIM or CSCP certification. </li><li>Experience with statistical forecasting techniques and data analysis. </li><li>Familiarity with Blue Yonder and SAP platforms. </li></ul> <p>Additional Details</p> <ul> <li>Must comply with ITAR regulations (U.S. persons only). </li><li>No sponsorship available. </li><li>Flexibility to respond to urgent needs outside standard hours. </li></ul> <p>Ready to make an impact?
