<p>Creatio is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to lead our Developer Productivity Team, which serves an R&D organization of 20+ Scrum development teams. This role is focused on improving developer experience (DevEx), streamlining development workflows, and enhancing the overall productivity of our engineering teams. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with hands-on software development experience, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills.</p> <p>This role will work in tight collaboration with: Technical Leads, QA Leads, Heads of Development, Cloud Services Product Lead, VP of Engineering and IT-Security and Chief Platform Officer.</p> <p>The role will report to the Cloud Services Product Lead.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the Developer Productivity Team, defining the team's vision, strategy, and roadmap. </li><li>Collaborate with engineering teams, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to understand pain points and prioritize improvements. </li><li>Design, implement, and continuously enhance CI/CD pipelines, developer environments, and productivity tools. </li><li>Drive the adoption of AI tools for developers to automate workflows and increase efficiency. </li><li>Ensure adherence to information security practices within the software development lifecycle. </li><li>Lead change management initiatives, guiding teams through new processes and tools. </li><li>Act as the primary point of communication with executives and cross-functional teams. </li></ul> <p>Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner (PO), Technical Lead, or similar roles, focusing on Developer Productivity or DevEx. </li><li>Hands-on experience with software development and DevOps practices. </li><li>Strong expertise with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, Jenkins), and DevOps tools. </li><li>Proficiency in OOP, C#, and .NET. </li><li>Experience with databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle). </li><li>Fluent English. </li><li>Practical experience with AI tools for developers. </li><li>Experience in leading developer productivity initiatives. </li><li>Strong experience working with remote or distributed teams. </li><li>Stakeholder management experience at various levels, including executives. </li><li>Change management experience, driving adoption of new processes and tools. </li><li>Experience working in a large-scale R&D organization (20+ teams). </li><li>Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. </li></ul> <p>Nice-to-Have Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with measuring DevEx using metrics (DORA metrics, cycle time, lead time). </li><li>Experience coaching and mentoring developers on best practices. </li><li>Experience in conducting post-mortem reviews and continuous improvement retrospectives. </li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). </li><li>Knowledge of secure coding practices and DevSecOps. </li><li>Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other product management certifications. </li><li>Experience in conducting user research and gathering feedback from developers. </li><li>Experience in budget management related to developer tools and software. </li><li>Experience conducting training sessions and creating educational materials for developers. </li></ul> <p>What you should expect from us:</p> <ul> <li>A remote-first work environment with the option to collaborate at one of our regional hubs. </li><li>The opportunity to work with an award-winning product (a Leader in Gartner Quadrants). </li><li>A culture of Genuine Care, ownership, and high standards. </li><li>Participation in global team events, internal knowledge-sharing sessions, and local meetups. </li><li>Health insurance options through our trusted medical partners. </li><li>Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses. </li><li>Paid time off and sick leave. </li></ul>
