Kailua</p> <p>Status: Full-Time or Part-Time</p> <p>Pay Rate: $20-$21/hour + tips (AND get early access to your wages before payday through DailyPay)</p> <p>Tips: All kitchen team members also receive tips (service fee - 2% of all food sales) added to their paycheck adding an additional $1-$3 per hour</p> <p>Summary of Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Work designated station and prepare menu items to company standards </li><li>Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area </li><li>Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines </li><li>Use and maintain kitchen equipment properly </li><li>Communicate and work well with teammates and chefs </li><li>Be on time, ready to work, and willing to learn </li><li>Learn and support other stations as needed </li></ul> <p>Summary of Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>6 months of prep experience and at least 1 year of line cook experience </li><li>Experience with at least one of the following stations (Fry, Oven, Grill, Saute, Pantry, Pizza) </li><li>Open availability (preferably nights and weekends) </li><li>Good time management and attention to detail </li><li>Positive attitude and ability to follow direction </li><li>Comfortable working in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments </li><li>Follows health & safety standards (cut gloves, non-slip shoes, etc.) </li><li>Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts </li></ul> <p>Benefits & Perks:</p> <ul> <li>$500 hiring bonus!
