<p>LPN</p> <p>Monday - Friday/ 8a - 5p</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The LPN supports a clinic by providing essential patient care and administrative duties. This role includes rooming patients, taking vital signs, performing phlebotomy, and following up with patients for procedure/test scheduling or referrals as needed.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Room patients and take their vital signs and weight. </li><li>Ensure test results are received and communicated to patients in a timely manner. </li><li>Document all interventions, patient/family responses, and medications dispensed/prescribed in the medical record. </li><li>Maintain an adequate stock of supplies and ensure equipment is well-maintained. </li><li>Monitor and ensure the accuracy of patient medical records. </li><li>Maintain all required reports, records, and statistics. </li><li>Maintain confidentiality regarding the practice, its patients, and employees. </li><li>Operate a variety of office and medical equipment, including but not limited to telephone, computer, fax, stethoscope, scales, thermometers, blood pressure cuff, and basic lab equipment. </li><li>Take calls from hospitals/nursing homes and relay appropriate information to practitioners in a timely manner. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience with scheduling and vital signs monitoring. </li><li>Proficiency in phlebotomy. </li><li>LPN license </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
