If you are a passionate and skilled clinician committed to supporting students' emotional and developmental success, we invite you to join our team as a School Clinician in Springfield Public Schools.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>As a School Clinician with BHN's SEBS (Social-Emotional Behavioral Support) program, you will provide compassionate, student-centered mental health services to youth in a school-based setting. You will collaborate with educators, families, and BHN team members to help students thrive academically and emotionally by addressing behavioral and mental health challenges in real time.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Deliver clinical services, including individual and group counseling, to students in the SEBS program</p> </li><li> <p>Provide family and collateral consultation to ensure coordinated care</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor student progress and make referrals for additional services (e.g., CBHC) as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with school teams through IEP meetings, team meetings, and family meetings</p> </li><li> <p>Support crisis response when needed and become cross-trained in YMCI crisis protocols</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in weekly team meetings and receive clinical supervision</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Meaningful Work: Make a lasting impact on students' mental health and educational success</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborative Culture: Work side-by-side with school staff and a dedicated clinical team</p> </li><li> <p>Professional Growth: Receive ongoing supervision and training in school-based and crisis services</p> </li><li> <p>Diverse Workplace: BHN encourages applicants from all backgrounds and identities to apply</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a Mental Health-related field (required)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or mental health setting (preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Training in behavioral therapy, positive behavioral supports, or trauma-informed practices (preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to collaborate with school teams, families, and community partners</p> </li><li> <p>Flexibility and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a school-based environment</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and verbal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Must be CPI-certified within the first month of employment (training provided)</p> </li><li> <p>This is a 100% onsite position located within Springfield Public Schools</p> </li></ul> <p>We Hire for Purpose!</p> <p>Since 1938, Behavioral Health Network has been dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable, and culturally appropriate behavioral health care across Western Massachusetts.
