Click here for more information on compensation for these roles. </li><li>In addition to competitive compensation, DPS has other Total Reward offerings such as; time off, health and wellness benefits, and PERA Retirement. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>School Support: Work with school leadership teams on a weekly basis for the entire school year to implement instructional strategies that address the needs of Latine students, with a focus on schoolwide systems and structures to ensure the needs of all Latine staff and students, regardless of the language of instruction, are met. Support bilingual programming, and English-based literacy programs to ensure equity in instruction for all Latine students. </li><li>Strategic Partnerships and Innovation: Lead and coordinate the scaling and implementation of best practices by aligning instructional support between the Humanities and MLE teams, to ensure a coherent approach to literacy and biliteracy development. </li><li>Assessment-Informed Instruction: Analyze student data, identify areas for improvement, and set measurable goals focused on literacy outcomes for Latine students, informed by ongoing assessments. Assessment data will be analyzed and interpreted holistically for students receiving bilingual education using data sources in both English and Spanish. </li><li>Continuous Professional Learning and Planning Support: Lead, model, and share exemplary practices with instructional leadership teams (ILTs) to support the classroom-level implementation of district-led professional learning opportunities.
