From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our Scaled Growth team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Build and manage the Agency Acquisition team responsible for NA and LATAM large Indie Agency acquisition and onboarding. </li><li>Lead and enable the team to achieve sales targets and execute efficiently to achieve pipeline goals. </li><li>Drive new partnerships with Large Indie Agencies by navigating their complex organizational structures. </li><li>Proactively build and maintain good relationships with large Indie Agencies and platform partners to help enhance the company's brand and industry influence. Take the initiative to identify new cooperation opportunities in the industry and promote business development. </li><li>Participate in sales incentive design in partnership with Monetization Strategy and Ops team.Minimum Qualifications </li><li>At least 5+ years of experience in sales management and 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or the media agency industry. </li><li>Proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is required to collaborate with agency partners with North America and LATAM. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings with internal and external stakeholders that are conducted in Spanish or Portuguese as well as corresponding in chat or emails </li><li>Strong ability to develop new customers and markets, with successful cases preferred. </li><li>Strong resistance and ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment. </li><li>Strong self-motivation, result-oriented, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Sound analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity </li><li>Comfortable with revenue target </li><li>A genuine passion for small business </li></ul>
