This role partners closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure high-quality execution and drive measurable impact.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support and drive end-to-end execution of Supermicro's field and channel events, inclusive of owned and sponsored events </li><li>Manage event budgets, track expenditures, and ensure investments deliver measurable ROI </li><li>Conduct post-event analysis with actionable insights for continuous improvement </li><li>Maintain detailed event trackers and ensure alignment and visibility across cross-functional and external stakeholders </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related technical field </li><li>3+ years of experience in B2B field or event marketing experience </li><li>At least 2 years of marketing experience in IT hardware or datacenter-related industries preferred </li><li>Strong knowledge of event strategy, operations, and integrated event marketing </li><li>Exceptional project management, budget management, negotiation, and organizational skills </li><li>Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI development and event performance reporting </li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels in an organization and with external event agencies </li><li>Proven team player who can operate both collaboratively and independently </li><li>Lift, carry, push and pull up to 25 pounds </li><li>Lift up to 50 pounds utilizing a buddy system </li><li>Occasional standing and walking for long periods of time </li></ul> <p>Salary Range</p> <p>$71,000 - $85,000</p> <p>The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
