Sorts and files department paperwork.</p> <p>Answers and screens telephone calls and routes to appropriate departmental staff personnel.</p> <p>Drafts, updates and revises correspondence as requested.</p> <p>If designated, assist with setting up appointments for Department Manager/Supervisor.</p> <p>Maintains and updates internal systems, databases, spreadsheets, logs, etc.</p> <p>Monitors supply usage within the department and places orders when necessary.</p> <p>Assist division with travel arrangements.</p> <p>Maintains conference room calendars and schedules rooms.</p> <p>Attends department staff meetings, trainings, etc. as needed.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required</p> <p>Knowledge/Skill/Abilities: Must have basic computer proficiency.
