This role is pivotal to accelerating our market presence, optimizing the funnel and driving revenue growth through experimentation, analytics and cross-functional collaboration.</p> <p>How You'll Shine:</p> <ul> <li>Leadership and managerial responsibilities for the growth and development of marketing associate(s). </li><li>Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies focused on B2B and B2B2C acquisition and engagement </li><li>Analyze and report on marketing performance, providing actionable insights to continuously improve ROI </li><li>Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to test and grow into </li><li>Leverage CRM, automation and other tools to strategize targeted campaigns for key audiences </li><li>Work closely with Business Development, product and other teams to align messaging and track impact </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Some travel may be required - less than 20%. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS in Sales/Marketing or business-related field MBA strongly preferred. </li><li>Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to successfully communicate both verbally and in writing. </li><li>Demonstrate sound business judgment and decision-making skills. </li><li>Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines. </li><li>Exceptionally proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point. </li><li>Travel/Hospitality experience a plus. </li><li>Eagerness to learn and a drive to succeed. </li><li>4+ years of progressive experience in a growth, digital or performance marketing role </li><li>Minimum 2 years in a B2B or B2B2c environment </li></ul> <p>Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.</p> <p>How You'll Be Rewarded:</p> <p>We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
