This is a direct hire opportunity based out of Islandia, NY (Onsite).</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. </li><li>1-2 years of equipment leasing experience. </li><li>Moderate proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel. </li><li>Knowledge of Lease Wave, MS SharePoint, and SSRS Reports would be a plus. </li><li>Ability to run financial calculations. </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide superior customer service and maintain cooperative working relationships. </li><li>Appreciable organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work autonomously or with a team. </li><li>Meticulous attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively on a one-on-one basis or in a group setting. </li><li>Capable of exercising strict confidentiality. </li><li>Excellent presentation skills during telephone calls and customer visits. </li><li>Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage and meet firm deadlines. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for working directly with customers, vendors, and corporate employees to structure front-end deals to facilitate administrative requirements. </li><li>Engage with sales to ensure proper account management. </li><li>Create and maintain accurate and complete lease files. </li><li>Prepare and process lease documentation, understanding Insight's contract terms and conditions. </li><li>Order placement with outside vendors and invoice reconciliation. </li><li>Have basic knowledge of fitness equipment. </li><li>Follow up on outstanding documentation and negotiate closure. </li><li>Intervene, with assistance, to research and resolve customer and interdepartmental issues. </li><li>Responsible for providing customer service to Insight's customers and vendors. </li><li>Have a basic understanding of Insight Investments' system applications. </li><li>Equipment entry into the front-end leasing system. </li><li>Knowledge and understanding of Insight's equipment coding matrix. </li><li>Process documents for bank line advance and vendor payments. </li><li>Update internal logs regularly to keep track of the funds needed. </li><li>Miscellaneous duties to include filing, promptly returning phone calls and emails, filing UCCs, and troubleshooting. </li></ul> <p>Annual Base Salary Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $55,000 to $65,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.</p> <p>Solugenix will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and Ordinance.
