In this role, you will own high-speed Aerosol and Liquid Filling operations, ensuring end-to-end supply chain success. You'll lead a team of supervisors, engineers, and maintenance professionals, guiding a workforce of 100-200 employees in a 24/7 operation.</p> <p>Your mission: deliver operational excellence across Service, Cost, Productivity, Quality, Safety, and NPD/EPD start-up KPIs, while championing Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead & Inspire: Foster a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
