Come join our dynamic team!</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <p>The L'Oreal Streetsboro International Distribution Center is in search of a Senior Manager for it's 650,000 Square Foot facility with 100+ employees. The site processes 250M units per year, 14M Cartons, Receiving 130K+, and Shipping 130K + Pallets per year.</p> <p>The Leader will lead a group of 4 individuals at the site level, while working on post go live of our new WMS (Manhattan).</p> <p>The Senior Manager will lead site Inventory Control, Planning, Scheduling, Slotting and possibly logistics.</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for applying and enforcing Corporate safety, health and environment procedures. </li><li>Enforces quality control guidelines and accuracy </li><li>Monitors employee requirements, induction, training, performance and development on a daily basis. </li><li>Ensures compliance of employees to all corporate and departmental work policies and procedures </li><li>Coordinates with Operations Management maintenance and repair of department equipment </li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies </li><li>Communicate regularly through all means to coordinate functions and operations between departments </li></ul> <p>What We Are Looking For:</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>4 year degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required </li><li>Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement Methodologies preferred such as 8 waste, root cause analysis i.e. 5why, fishbone, Value Stream Mapping, 7 or 8 Step Problem Solving, Standard Work, and Leader Standard Work </li><li>Understanding of WMS and LMS systems </li><li>Understanding of picking operations which include case, loose pick </li><li>Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously. </li><li>Previous Supervisory/Management experience required. </li><li>Strong leadership, analytical, project management, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and </li><li>Computer proficiency including SAP, Word, Excel </li><li>WMS implementation preferred </li></ul> <p>What's In It For You:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Pension Plan) </li><li>Flexible Time Off (Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Vacation Buy Program, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!) </li><li>Access to Company Perks (VIP Access to L'Oréal's Internal Shop for Discounted Products, Monthly Mobile Allowance) </li><li>Learning & Development Opportunities (Unlimited Access to E-learnings, Lunch & Learn Sessions, Mentorship Programs, & More!) </li><li>Employee Resource Groups (Think Tanks and Innovation Squads) </li><li>Access to Mental Health & Wellness Programs </li></ul> <p>Don't meet every single requirement?
