These leaders emerge from all levels of the network helping to create a shared vision reflecting the mission, vision, and values of St. Joseph's.</p> <p>SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:</p> <p>The Report Developer will be responsible for the following:</p> <ul> <li>Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). </li><li>Analyze and resolve issues related to reports and data </li><li>Analyze, design and develop reports and extracts </li><li>Manage vendors </li><li>Project management </li><li>Provide reporting maintenance and support reporting tasks related to routine system upgrades </li><li>Provide technical support and coordination for clinical and operational leaders </li><li>Support end user reporting training as needed </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Healthcare or a Technical field required</p> <p>EPIC certification a plus</p> <p>SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Necessary skills for successful report developers include:</p> <ul> <li>Chronicles - Basic understanding </li><li>Crystal Reports - Mastery </li><li>EPIC - Basic (certified) within (6) months </li><li>KBSQL and/or SQL - Proficiency </li><li>Microsoft Access, Excel and Word - Proficiency </li><li>Microsoft PowerPoint and Project - Basic understanding </li><li>Minimum (3) years experience in a report developer role, preferably in a healthcare environment. </li><li>Self-directed with excellent organizational, analytical, writing, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Windows - Proficiency </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT AND HAZARDS:</p> <p>Exposure Class I or II, service specific - various, depending on service - limited exposure to situations which could cause serious illness or injury.</p> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <p>Light work: standing, walking, sitting for prolonged periods of time.
