Assesses nutritional needs, develops and implements nutritional care plans, and evaluates and reports these results appropriately. Maintains professional competency and skills required for professional practice. Assists patients in developing realistic, long term health goals and goal-directed behaviors. </li><li>Identifies opportunities to increase patient, physician, and community awareness of outpatient nutrition services. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education: After January 1, 2024 - Master's degree in dietetics or degre that meets the requirements of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.</p> <p>Successful completion of an internship coordinated undergraduate program, or post graduate program accredited by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics</p>
