<p>Quality Engineer</p> <p>We are seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to support product and process quality across the organization. This role serves as a key link between suppliers, customers, and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues and continuous improvement.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage supplier quality issues, including issuing NCRs and driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, rejections, and returns.</p> </li><li> <p>Investigate and resolve customer complaints, including occasional on-site visits.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee quarantine and disposition of non-conforming materials.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to address quality issues impacting inventory and logistics.</p> </li><li> <p>Support inspection of incoming materials and returned products.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate quality documentation, reporting, and communication with global quality teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for U.S. customers.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools (NCR, CAPA, root cause analysis).</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel occasionally.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality systems.</p> </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance</p> </li><li> <p>401(k) offering</p> </li><li> <p>Paid time off and holidays (80 hours PTO)</p> </li><li> <p>Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.</p> </li></ul> <p>LHH is a leader in permanent recruitment-and in the placement of top talent.
