<p>It's more than a job</p> <p>We are looking for an on-site Contract Logistics Administration Specialist who is highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills to be an integral part of site administrative functions. If you have experience with purchasing, handling visitors, and general financial administrative skills such as accounts payable, reporting, and invoicing, consider joining us at our distribution site in Brownsburg, IN.</p> <p>As the primary contact for the front office, we will count on your positive, can-do attitude and ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities while meeting tight deadlines. You will handle invoicing, accounts payable, purchase orders (PO), provide support for month-end financials, and assist with financial reporting. You will also provide general administrative support, such as event planning.</p> <p>How you create impact</p> <ul> <li>Handle purchasing for office and general supplies to ensure proper inventories are available </li><li>Facilitate and manage working capital optimization through the improvement of AR, AP, and billing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) </li><li>Serve as a partner to business and functional units to support, train, and identify opportunities for improvement of profitability, productivity, processes, and risk mitigation </li><li>Ensure timeliness and accuracy in financial reporting and maintenance of internal controls </li><li>Work closely with the revenue protection team to analyze profit margin development per business unit and customer </li><li>Prepare investment and business investment applications for lease commitments, capital expenditure, and other special projects </li><li>Assist with planning meetings and events such as ordering lunches, organizing invites, and collaborating with internal and external customers </li><li>Embrace and model a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included </li><li>Other responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>What we would like you to bring</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or eaquivalent </li><li>2+ years of experience in a warehousing or distribution environment </li><li>2+ years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, revenue recognition, and forecasting </li><li>1+ years of office administrative experience </li><li>Working knowledge of related systems such as SAP/ERP </li><li>Experience analyzing financial KPIs, trends, and implementing corrective measures </li><li>A degree in business or finance is a plus </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you</p> <p>There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
