<p>Apply</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Clinic Assistant II - New Hope & Metro Support</p> <p>People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a full-time Clinic Assistant II to join our New Hope Outpatient Clinic team in New Hope, MN. While this position is primarily based at the New Hope clinic, it also provides essential support to other People Incorporated outpatient clinics across the Twin Cities Metro area by helping cover staff absences and scheduled time off as needed.</p> <p>This position is a vital point of contact for consumers seeking and receiving services at our outpatient mental health clinics. This includes welcoming visitors, providing non-clinical information, collecting co-pays, entering health insurance and consumer demographic information into the electronic health record, appointment scheduling as needed, and general administrative support for the clinics.</p> <p>Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Thursday (8:30am-5pm) and Friday (8:30am-1pm)</p> <p>Location(s): 5555 Boone Ave, New Hope, MN 55428 (In-office position) & other clinic locations as needed</p> <p>Hiring Range: $22.00 - $23.50/Hourly based on qualifications, plus mileage reimbursement provided as needed</p> <p>People Incorporated Mental Health Services is the largest nonprofit mental health provider in Minnesota. For over 50 years, we have been a leading community partner, transforming the health of our communities through innovative solutions.</p> <p>Main Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Works on-site each workday. </li><li>Demonstrate advanced level customer service skills to clients/visitors in the clinic and virtually. </li><li>Monitor telephone queue and voicemails closely to ensure client phone calls are answered in a timely manner. </li><li>Schedule appointments as needed in an accurate and timely manner. </li><li>Verify and complete necessary information for new consumer registration, including the collection of consumer demographics, insurance information and completion of appropriate forms, questionnaires, and/or other paperwork. </li><li>Enter consumer information into the electronic health record accurately and timely. </li><li>Identify and accurately collect co-pays or appropriate fees. </li><li>Serve as a role model within the clinic area to support the mission of People Incorporated </li><li>Leads special projects and/or initiatives within team as directed by Clinic Office Manager </li><li>Attendance is an essential function of this position. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
