<p>Responsible for leading the continual Agile transformation and practices as well as promoting accountability and transparency across all levels of the organization. Performs the role of Scrum Master for one or more teams, leading multiple, simultaneous initiatives of complex programs/release trains. Practices the core Agile principles of collaboration, support, prioritization, accountability and continuous improvement. Facilitates sprint demos, planning and retrospectives. Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprint/release progress. Provides status reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), schedule, resources, and milestone delivery. Perform other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent<em> in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Business Administration or a related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Business Administration or a related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment in lieu of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5 years of experience. The position requires experience with: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe); SAFe with Behavior Driven Development (BDD); SAFe with Test Driven Development (TDD); Leading transformation of larger projects and teams from Waterfall to SAFe methodology; Application development using JAVA J2EE, PL/SQL and Shell Scripting Linux/Unix; Agile principles; Strong mediation and negotiation skills.
