<p>We are looking for</p> <p>For Elbit Cyclone site in Bar-Lev Industrial Zone, we are looking for an Aerospace Quality Engineer to join our team</p> <p>This is a meaningful role within a leading defense and aerospace company, responsible for managing all quality aspects in complex programs while ensuring compliance, excellence, and customer satisfaction</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Manage quality within aerospace programs across all quality aspects, from contract initiation to program completion</p> <p>Participate in reviews, prepare quality plans, and monitor implementation</p> <p>Lead and manage quality processes throughout aerospace projects</p> <p>Conduct internal quality audits to verify compliance with customer and company requirements, and support external audits</p> <p>Ensure organizational compliance with customer requirements</p> <p>Manage quality processes including MRB, CAPA, and failure investigations</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering</p> <p>At least 3 years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering</p> <p>Familiarity with composite materials - Advantage</p> <p>Experience leading employee teams - Advantage</p> <p>Familiarity with aerospace quality standard AS9100 - Advantage</p> <p>Knowledge of CATIA - Advantage</p> <p>Background in the Air Force - Advantage</p> <p>Excellent interpersonal skills</p> <p>Strong self-learning abilities</p> <p>Capability to lead and drive cross-organizational processes</p> <p>Experience working with multiple interfaces and with customers in Israel and abroad</p> <p>High level of English</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Karmiel</p>
