<p>Serving as an engaged member of the Engineering Student Services Team, the position will direct all aspects of advising of undergraduate students in the College of Engineering ENG using knowledge of ENG programs, policies, and procedures of the college as well as university programs. On behalf of the college and/or university, position will lead internal and external programs and processes that will impact student success in the college and university. Position will leverage knowledge of college and university policies and procedures to critically analyze and map business processes and data to identify gaps and ensure maximum efficiency. Position will supervise all professional academic advising staff in Engineering Student Services in Lincoln and Omaha and ensure consistent level of training, development, and expertise.
