The Advanced Clinical Services Supervisor serves a critical role in the daily operation of the program including strategic oversight and leadership over the Coordinators responsible for the monitoring and management of services. The supervisor will oversee the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and oversight of clinical and operational staff. The supervisor will oversee the financial stability of programs through monitoring of expenses and revenues. The position requires quality assurance oversight of programs to ensure compliance with regulations and stakeholder satisfaction. The supervisor will lead in promoting positive relations within CCIU programs.</p> <p>Reports to the Assistant Director of Student Services</p> <p>Subordinate Positions:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Direct reports:</p> </li><li> <p>3 Coordinators</p> </li><li> <p>1 Data Coordinator</p> </li><li> <p>1 Administrative Assistant</p> </li><li> <p>11 BCBAs</p> </li><li> <p>Indirect reports:</p> </li><li> <p>3 Staffing Coordinators</p> </li><li> <p>320 PCAs and RBTs</p> </li><li> <p>40 Behavior Mentors</p> </li></ul> <p>Nature and Scope of Position:</p> <p>The position of Advanced Clinical Supervisor of CCIU Servcies plays a critical role within the Student Services Division. Advanced Clinical Services provides support daily to over 300 students in the form of PCAs and RBTs within CCIU programs. In addition, 11 BCBAs provide behavioral assessment and consultation support across multiple CCIU programs. The Advanced Clinical Services Supervisor serves a critical role in the daily operation of the program including strategic oversight and leadership over the coordinators responsible for the monitoring and management of the services. With a fee-for-service budget of 15 million dollars, the ACS Supervisor must monitor closely monthly revenue targets and expenses. Given the large number of staff providing services on a daily basis, it is critical for the supervisor to oversee a comprehensive staff development and evaluation system to ensure quality assurance across services.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Program/Budget Responsibilities:</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <p>Leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Provide strategic oversight and leadership to the behavior assessment and consultative services including BCBAs and Behavior Consultants. </li><li>Provide strategic oversight and leadership to the direct care staff services including Behavior Mentors, RBTs and PCAs. </li></ul> <p>Strategic Planning:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement plans to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of services offered. </li><li>Develop new services and expand existing services by assessing needs and developing strategic partnerships. </li><li>Monitor staffing within clinical services and current job environment to work with staffing agencies on recruitment strategies. </li></ul> <p>Clinical Oversight:</p> <ul> <li>Provide comprehensive clinical oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based assessment and intervention services for students presenting with complex behavioral needs. </li><li>Lead regular case reviews for students with high-intensity or treatment-resistant behaviors to ensure interventions remain effective and are adapted as needed based on data and progress monitoring. </li><li>Provide direct consultation and modeling for clinical staff in the use of advanced behavior analytic strategies, crisis intervention techniques, and data-based decision-making for complex cases </li></ul> <p>Coordinate CCIU Program Site Reviews:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate the different components of special education program reviews (i.e, meetings, focus group interviews, direct observations). </li><li>Work with CCIU administrators to facilitate acquisition of all needed materials to complete a program review. </li><li>Provide assistance with conducting components of the program reviews and preparing a finalized report. </li></ul> <p>Financial:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor quarterly revenue targets for clinical services and develop plans to maintain targets. </li><li>Evaluate expenses to maximize a cost/benefit ratio. </li><li>Oversee the accurate completion and submission of daily logs and billing processes to ensure all services are accurately accounted for and billed. </li></ul> <p>Quality Assurance:</p> <ul> <li>Create and evaluate measures of quality assurance across programs to ensure compliance with regulations and develop plans to address concerns. </li><li>Conduct fidelity checks, data audits, and on-site observations to maintain the integrity of interventions and compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards. </li><li>Regularly review and analyze stakeholder satisfaction to implement continuous improvements. </li></ul> <p>Staff Development:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the creation and implementation of comprehensive training programs for direct care and professional staff. </li><li>Oversee BCBA internship program. </li><li>Design and manage a performance monitoring system to assess staff performance, identify improvement areas, and provide feedback. </li></ul> <p>Incident Response:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee investigations into allegations of inappropriate professional conduct and monitor staff injury data to identify training or policy modifications. </li><li>Ensure all policies and practices align with current regulations and ethical standards. </li></ul> <p>Certification and Regulations:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure all staff comply with relevant regulations, certifications, and training requirements. </li><li>Stay abreast of changes in certification requirements and adjust programs as necessary to maintain compliance. </li></ul> <p>Total budget for which the position is directly responsible: $ 15,500.00</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>PDE Adminstrative certification (special education supervisor, pupil personnel or principal) - Preferred </li><li>Earned doctorate or enrollment in doctorate program, in pychology, special education or related field - Preferred </li><li>Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA). - Required </li><li>5 years demonstrated professional/adminstrative experience in leadership and management skills. - Required </li><li>Established knowledge and expertise in academic and behavioral programming for children with low incidence disabilities. - Required </li></ul> <p>Professional Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Board Certified Behavior Anaylist (BCBA) with minimum of five years of clinical and/or leadership experience in autism and emotional disturbance. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range 2025-2026:</p> <p>Act93, Salary TBD</p> <ul> <li>Placement on band is based on years of direct experience in a comparable role. </li></ul> <p>260 day position, 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week</p> <p>ar</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <p>Chester County Intermediate Unit is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
