As a member of CTMO, you'll be at the forefront of safeguarding the financial stability and operational excellence of one of the world's leading financial institutions.</p> <ul> <li>Deliver Strategic Insights: Collaborate with Corporate Treasury, core lines of business, and Risk Oversight to produce critical reports and metrics for regulators and senior leadership, enabling informed decisions on liquidity and interest rate risk. </li><li>Champion Data Integrity: Oversee the operating model supporting data sourcing and flow from line-of-business systems, ensuring accuracy through rigorous variance and trend analysis, as well as reconciliations. </li><li>Drive Innovation: Lead and manage change across operating models, system architecture, and interest rate risk models, continuously enhancing processes that underpin the team's core functions. </li><li>Global Impact: Be part of a dynamic team with a presence in North America (Delaware, Tempe, New Jersey, New York), Europe (London, Poland), and Asia (Hong Kong, Bangalore), collaborating across regions to deliver best-in-class solutions. </li><li>Professional Growth: Work alongside industry experts in a culture that values partnership, innovation, and continuous improvement. </li><li>Make a Difference: Play a key role in supporting the firm's financial resilience and regulatory compliance, contributing to the safety and soundness of the global financial system. </li></ul> <p>Job responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design, implement and maintain consistent and streamlined operating models and controls across the global team and across risk stripes. Review and assess current control frameworks. Partner with CTMO stakeholders across the globe to ensure consistency of operations and strength of controls. </li><li>Manage relationships across internal stakeholders including LOBs, Policy, Strategy and Risk. Lead regular touch points to review ongoing performance of reporting, and the support of ad hoc requests. Compile metrics, synthesize key themes and present updates to senior management for review & escalation as required. </li><li>Manage risk and control, internal auditors and CTMO team leads to satisfy internal and external control requirements. Collaborate with strategy and risk teams to comply with regulatory exams and requests. </li><li>Enhance and redesign existing processes to increase efficiencies and reduce operational risk. </li><li>Support ongoing periodic recertification's to meet audit and regulatory requirements, maintaining comprehensive documentation </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:</p> <ul> <li>Perform independent analysis and research skills with limited oversight </li><li>Requires attention to detail to ensure consistency across processes </li><li>Excels in critical thinking, investigative problem-solving and decision-making </li><li>Knowledge of or willingness to learn Microsoft Office software (Teams, SharePoint etc.) and Atlassian product suite (Confluence, JIRA etc.) </li><li>Bachelor's degree in liberal arts or a quantitative field, or relevant experience </li><li>Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to understand and distill information from multiple sources into concise messaging for senior management </li><li>Collaboration skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and management levels - fostering communication and partnership </li><li>Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical skills including proficiency in Excel. Alteryx and Tableau knowledge are a plus </li><li>Understanding of interest rate risk principals, funds transfer pricing, and regulatory liquidity reports is a plus </li><li>Proficiency in organizing complex information strategically. Expertise in visualization and presentation using Lucid, and PowerPoint techniques is a plus </li></ul>
