This role is suited for experienced systems administrators or cloud operations engineers who are comfortable owning production environments and driving operational improvements. This is an IT and cloud operations role, focused on stability, security, and continuous improvement. What you'll do</p> <p>Own operational support of Azure-hosted SaaS environments</p> <p>Administer Windows and Linux systems in production healthcare environments</p> <p>Drive system reliability, performance, and availability improvements</p> <p>Plan and execute OS, application, and third-party upgrades</p> <p>Manage monitoring, alerting, and incident response workflows</p> <p>Implement and maintain backup, restore, and resiliency strategies</p> <p>Support hybrid connectivity between Azure, on-prem, and customer networks</p> <p>Maintain and audit security configurations across subscriptions and systems</p> <p>Support security audits, compliance activities, and vulnerability remediation</p> <p>Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency</p> <p>Act as an escalation point and technical mentor for junior team membersAdditional duties as assignedTravel as required (up to 25%)</p>
