<p>HCSC is the leader in Healthcare Laundry and Linen Rental services, providing textile solutions for the entire continuum of care including hospitals, ambulatory care facilities, physician offices, surgery centers, and long-term care organizations.</p> <p>The Linen Services Account Representative position supports HCSC by acting as a liaison between the customer and laundry operations. Key responsibilities include customer satisfaction through the resolution of issues/concerns, inventory control, and asset management. Additional responsibilities include the promotion of cost-containment recommendations, auxiliary programs and commodity/service-related sales.</p> <p>The anticipated salary starts at $51,000 per year and is commensurate with experience. In addition, HCSC offers the following to all full-time employees:</p> <ul> <li>Medical with prescription, Dental, and Vision Benefits </li><li>Flexible Spending Accounts </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Long Term Disability Insurance </li><li>Vacation, Personal and Sick Days </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li><li>Retirement Savings Plan </li><li>And Much More! </li></ul> <p>What you will be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure customer satisfaction through resolution of quality and service issues. </li><li>Perform regular inventories during site visits, using client-specific quota sheet to ensure adequate supply and adjust orders accordingly. </li><li>Performs walk through surveys monthly and provides customers with observations/recommendations. </li><li>Identifies and promotes the sale of commodities and linen-related items to assigned client base through the HCSC Direct Program. </li></ul> <p>What you will bring to the role:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of an associate's degree is preferred, high school diploma or GED is required. </li><li>1 years' experience in sales or marketing is required. </li><li>1 years' experience in healthcare, commercial linen/laundry, and management is preferred </li><li>Excellent communications skills, including technical writing, business reporting, and oral communications </li><li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills </li><li>Proficient with basic computer skills and office tools, such as Microsoft Office, and ability to use software relevant to the position </li><li>Ability to solve problems and make decisions, seeking guidance as necessary. </li></ul> <p>Additional information:</p> <ul> <li>This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Customer Relations </li><li>Hours are 8:30am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday </li></ul> <p>EEO Statement</p> <p>HCSC, Inc & Affiliates is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
