<p>What you'll do at OhioMHAS:</p> <ul> <li>Assess and evaluate medical needs of patients </li><li>Initiate and direct implementation of Nursing Care Plan </li><li>Provide professional nursing care and directs delivery by professional and nonprofessional staff </li><li>Administer medication and treatment as ordered by physician </li><li>Educate patient on medications </li><li>Assist with examinations </li><li>Monitor medications administration, and documentation </li><li>Precepts and provide support for nursing staff </li><li>Transcribe, and verify doctor's orders </li><li>Participate in ongoing performance improvement and quality assurance </li><li>Serves as an interdisciplinary treatment team member </li></ul> <p>This is an hourly position covered by the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of #13 on the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 Pay Range Schedule. This position is located at 1756 Sagamore Road Northfield, Ohio.</p> <p>Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.</p> <p>Additional Salary / Appointment Information:</p> <p>Pay increase of 4.5% July 1, 2025 and a 3% increase July 1, 2026.</p> <p>Longevity supplement after 5 years of service</p> <p>Requires current license as registered professional nurse in state of Ohio as issued by Board of Nursing per Section 4723.03 of Revised Code.</p> <p>Job Skills: Nursing</p> <p>Required Educational Transcripts</p> <p>Official transcripts are required for all post-secondary education, coursework, or degrees listed on the application.
