Use scaled agile disciplines to transform around iterative approach sequencing use cases focused on critical data elements aligned to data product and platform feature development.</p> <p>As an AI & Data Strategy Manager, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data led business reinvention.</p> </li><li> <p>Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on how to infuse AI, GenAI and data into the business processes or functions</p> </li><li> <p>Define and structure an organization's AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets, AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.</p> </li><li> <p>Assess maturity of an organization's AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working and data foundation</p> </li><li> <p>Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.</p> </li><li> <p>Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy (including revenue upside as well as cost-takeout opportunities).</p> </li><li> <p>Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Ability to travel up to 80%; travel as needed based on client expectations.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <p>Here's What You Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 5 years of experience working within AI and Data Strategy Space including specific skills and experiences around Enterprise & Function-Specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Data Management, Data Analysis, Data Management, Client Assessments, Roadmap, Requirements Gathering, Responsible AI, leading tech driven transformations</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 5 years of high value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 5 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum of 5 years of large-scale global delivery experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in a relevant field </li></ul> <p>Professional Skills requirement:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written</p> </li><li> <p>Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals, lead in client conversations, and go to market activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Fluent in English (both spoken and written)</p> </li><li> <p>Leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment and proven ability to build strong client relationships.</p> </li><li> <p>You have experience bringing innovative ideas to projects</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
