If you're looking for a role where you can deepen your technical expertise, partner with leadership, and grow within a supportive, high-performing environment, this could be the ideal next step in your career.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and related schedules </li><li>Analyze financial results, provide variance explanations, and support monthly reporting packages </li><li>Track and report financial trends by product line, business unit, and customer </li><li>Prepare audit schedules, tax-related reports, and international filings (EU/Canada) as needed </li><li>Analyze foreign currency transactions and assess their impact on financial results </li><li>Evaluate accounting and operational workflows to improve efficiency and identify risks and opportunities </li><li>Provide key business insights to management and support decision-making through accurate, timely analysis </li><li>Supervise and develop a Staff Accountant, while supporting ad hoc projects and cross-training within the team* Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA/CGMA preferred </li><li>2+ years of relevant accounting experience with strong GAAP knowledge </li><li>Solid understanding of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls </li><li>Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities </li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused mindset </li><li>Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and thrive in a collaborative team environment </li></ul>
