All while understanding that together we are even better.</p> <p>Schedule: Full Time</p> <p>Shift:Day</p> <p>Location: AdventHealth Fish Memorial</p> <p>The community you'll be caring for: 1055 SAXON BLVD, Orange City, 3276</p> <p>The role you'll contribute:</p> <p>The Pharmacy Manager is a medication expert whose responsibilities extend to both the hospital and retail settings, ensuring the provision of optimal patient care consistent with the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the Pharmacare Center. Utilizing organizational skills, pharmaceutical expertise, and people skills, the manager works closely with patients, physicians, and other hospital and external personnel. The role involves overseeing the compounding and dispensing of medications, in addition to providing patients with specific information regarding side effects, interactions, and the expected benefits of the medications dispensed. The Pharmacy Manager is also accountable for managing the daily operations of pharmacy services, projecting and adhering to the budget, and productivity standards. This position requires a dedication to delivering pharmaceutical care to the public, with a focus on ensuring that all activities are performed in a manner that promotes the health and well-being of the patients served.
