We have built a diverse and inclusive workplace where our people can bring their differences to support delivering results together.</p> <p>Newmont's Corporate Headquarters are located in Denver, Colorado with roles in Engineering, IT, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and much more.</p> <p>Join us and unearth your potential in a global company that is at the forefront of shaping the future of the mining industry.</p> <p>Your Impact</p> <p>Help shape data-driven decision-making across Newmont's global Commercial function by delivering accurate, insightful performance reporting and analysis that drives sustainable business growth.</p> <p>On a day-to-day basis, the Data & Performance Analyst, officially known as an Advisor, Commercial Performance Reporting & Analysis plays a supportive yet highly analytical role, focused on enabling data-driven decision-making within the Commercial function (Supply Chain & Sales & Marketing).</p> <p>As Part of Our Team, You Will</p> <ul> <li>Analyze and report on strategic commercial KPIs across Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing. </li><li>Partner with IT to develop dashboards and ensure data integrity in ERP systems (SAP, Ariba). </li><li>Establish and maintain data governance standards and consistent naming conventions to ensure data consistency and usability. </li><li>Promote clear communication, visibility, and adoption of reports and dashboards across the business. </li><li>Provide actionable insights to support strategic planning and forecasting. </li><li>Support executives with performance reports and data presentations. </li><li>Conduct ad-hoc and market analysis to address business challenges. </li><li>Ensure consistent, reliable reporting processes across functions. </li><li>Support projects that increase engagement with data, including the development and maintenance of SharePoint sites and other communication platforms. </li></ul> <p>Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistical Analysis, Computer Science, Engineering. </li><li>Strong experience with ERP systems, especially SAP and Ariba. </li><li>Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel. </li><li>Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data (preferred). </li><li>Demonstrated ability to turn data into clear recommendations. </li><li>Experience in performance reporting, forecasting, and data modeling. </li><li>Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. </li></ul> <p>Your Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Global, cross-functional team setting with close collaboration between Commercial and IT teams. </li><li>Fast-paced, data-focused environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and continuous improvement. </li><li>Individual contributor role based in Denver, Colorado Corporate headquarters with high visibility to leadership. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Newmont</p> <p>Be part of a purpose-driven company that values integrity, safety, sustainability, and inclusion. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate's salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.</p> <p>This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.</p> <p>Newmont offers a competitive and inclusive benefits package to support physical, mental, financial and emotional wellbeing.
