<p>The Measurement Product Marketing team charter covers data and measurement products including attribution, experimentation, targeting and audiences, and data collaboration. This role will focus on measurement and data solutions, helping shape product strategies that support effective advertiser outcomes and scalable, technically robust product experiences.</p> <p>We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for setting the go-to-market strategy and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders in product management, marketing science, business marketing, legal, and other partner teams to identify key gaps and define the strategic direction for measurement and data solutions.</p> <p>You will use your experience and marketing knowledge across measurement, analytics, data platforms, or advertising technology to develop strategy, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute against plans, and align with senior product leadership around those plans. You understand industry trends, the competitive landscape, and evolving advertiser needs, and have experience applying those insights to influence product direction and market adoption. You are comfortable navigating a rapidly evolving ecosystem and helping shape product narratives that connect technical capabilities to customer value and durable business outcomes.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Own measurement and data collaboration solutions within TikTok's Measurement suite, with a strong understanding of ads measurement capabilities, technical product infrastructure, and advertiser use cases. </li><li>Define go-to-market strategy for TikTok's measurement and data solutions. Our team is instrumental in setting strategy and ensuring strong execution and operations against that strategy. </li><li>Develop thought leadership around key product launches in response to industry, platform, and market developments, partnering closely with the Global Business Marketing team. </li><li>Develop programs that enable adoption of measurement and data products, identify blockers to implementation, and work cross-functionally to resolve them. </li><li>Partner closely with Sales, Marketing Science, Product, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to deeply understand user pain points, form business requirements, and help prioritize solutions that influence product development. </li><li>Communicate the value proposition of new measurement and data solutions to internal and external stakeholders, and ensure that effective collateral and packaging are developed. </li><li>Help shape narratives around technically sophisticated product solutions, translating complex capabilities into clear, compelling customer value for advertisers, agencies, and partners.Minimum Qualifications: </li><li>BA/BS degree or above </li><li>3+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or consulting across measurement/analytics, B2B SaaS, AdTech, martech, data platforms, or digital products </li><li>Strong understanding of measurement products, analytics workflows, data infrastructure, or technical platform solutions </li><li>Proven track record driving global GTM strategies and collaborating across functions </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to build compelling narratives and simplify technical concepts for different audiences </li><li>A fast learner with good judgment and original thinking, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with measurement platforms, experimentation, attribution, audience solutions, data collaboration tools, or technical advertising products </li><li>Background working with global sales organizations and agency/advertiser stakeholders </li><li>Familiarity with industry trends across measurement, analytics, data interoperability, and advertising technology </li><li>Ability to understand and communicate complex product architectures, data flows, and measurement methodologies </li></ul>
